We are planning NATIONAL BALLROOM DANCE WEEK and as part of our 2010 program,
we plan a day of Dance presentations by Amateurs and Professionals plus general dancing in a public setting..
We are confirmed at the Eastwood Mall where spectators can feel free to sit, stop, watch and participate.
Date: September 18th, 2010

Where: Eastwood Mall Main Concourse
Floor: Ceramic tile
Rules:
¨ Each person can do up to 2 exhibitions:
o Two as an amateur couple (Different Partners) OR
o One with a professional and One with an amateur OR
o Two Pro-Ams (Different professionals)
o Pro-Pro (One dance) Each Pro must have student(s) performing
¨ NO LIFTS ABOVE WAIST
¨ Appropriate Dress attire required, USA Dance Competition dress code enforced
¨ Groups are also encouraged to dance as formations or as a group of couples.
¨ Theme must remain Ballroom.
¨ Registration: LIMITED EXHIBITIONS AVAILABLE
o Taking applications till full or Deadline August 22nd
o Each couple must register
o Form to include Names, Studio affiliation (if any), Dance, contact info.
¨ Music
o Length – 2 Minutes
o Music will need to be provided on a CD, labeled with both people’s name.
o Music must be “Performance Ready” (cut to 2 minutes or less, at desired speed, etc.)
o Music must be delivered to Stephen Barba no later than August 29, 2008.
Dancing will be at your own risk. Each participate will need to sign a liability waiver.
We look forward to your support and to a great event promoting Ballroom Dancing.
